- Both sides of the rug are treated to remove as much “dry soiling” as possible
- Treatment of stains & odours
- Fringing, where present, cleaned and treated by hand
- Thorough, deep cleaning using our unique solution “The Natural”
- On our Platinum Package an application of NHS approved anti-bacterial treatment is be applied, together with an application of our Chem-Dry stain resistant protective treatment, “Repel”
- An optional “Anti-Allergen” treatment can be applied
- Rich, bright colours and patterns restored
- Final quality control check before rug is prepared for collection
