The word for today is …. “Professional”

What does the word
mean to you?
To us, professional behaviour in the work place means (but is not restricted to!) conducting oneself in a way that represents the company at all times. Proper attire, respect for customers and their property, for colleagues and for oneself. Speaking in a courteous manner, without slang or bad language and avoiding personal phone calls etc.
Professionalism is very important to all of us at A&G Chem-Dry and we are always delighted when a customer comments on it. It was something a regular customer Mrs Betts, of West Bridgford, appreciated recently when we worked for her again.
The word “professional” appears many times on this web-site.
