Customer loyalty is key to a small family
business like ours….
For Mike and I, one of the absolute pleasures of having owned and managed A&G Chem-Dry for so many years is the great relationship we enjoy with our regular, repeat customers. We are so fortunate to have so very many lovely, loyal customers, who come back to us time and time again – and recommend us to their friends and family too! We share in their happy and exciting times – helping them to prepare homes for weddings, bringing new babies home and moving house – and the not so good times – domestic emergencies such as spills on new carpets, or when there has been illness or even a bereavement. After all these years, we have become part of their family and they have become part of ours!
But, there’s no room here for complacency – we know that our customers always have a choice! To help keep us on our toes, we ask every repeat customer why they continue to choose A&G Chem-Dry and what we can do to improve our service to them.
