Social media is a great way of finding out more about a company before you approach them for a quote. After all, if you’re having them to carry out work in your home or business, you’ll want to know what others are saying about them and how they compare. It’s also a great way of hearing about what’s new, including special seasonal promotions, offers and competitions.
As the only thing “old fashioned” about A&G Chem-Dry is our service, we’ve embraced social media with a passion! When we first started out, 20 years ago, our customers just had the one option of getting in touch (apart from snail mail!) and that was by phone. Not so now! These days it’s so easy and convenient for customers to contact us whenever – and from wherever – is convenient to them. We receive many, many enquiries and bookings from Twitter and Facebook etc. (and we’re thrilled by the lovely recommendations and feedback we receive that way too).
