They do say that pride comes before a fall….
… and if that really is the case, then I’d better prepare my safety net, because I’ve just had a very proud moment! Opening and reading the completed questionnaires, that we receive back from our clients, when the post arrives each day, is one of the most coveted jobs in the office! Well, in today’s post, just three completed questionnaires arrived and I got to them first. Here’s what each one said. 
Questionnaire No. 1 (Technician – Brian Cowie)
“I am delighted with all the work carried out. Wonderful – as ever!” In answer to the question – How could we improve on our service to you? “You are already completely professional in every way. Terrific engineers & product.”
From Mrs Pickup, a regular client from Radcliffe-on-Trent, Nottingham NG12 following the job that Brian carried out on Thursday, 1st June 2012.
Questionnaire No. 2 (Technician – Stuart Clark)
“I chose to use A&G Chem-Dry because they had been recommended to me by a friend. It was so good to see the difference in appearance of my carpets & rug following the treatment. I am highly delighted with the results!”
From Mr & Mrs Atkinson, new clients from Farnsfield, near Newark-on-Trent, Nottinghamshire NG22 following the job that Stuart carried out on Monday, 21st May 2012.
Questionnaire No. 3 (Technician – Barry Cowie)
“You could not improve on your service because it is excellent” In answer to the question – Would you like to make any other comments (good or bad)? “No – because it was excellent”
